“Trouble knocked at the door, but, in hearing laughter, hurried away” - Benjamin Franklin
It’s true: laughter is strong medicine. Laughter just makes you feel better, period. And it helps those around you. Life is hard... and laughter lightens those burdens we are all faced with. It also helps to strengthen relationships, as who does not want to be around those that are always laughing.
Bottom line - laughter makes you feel good!!!
Smiling is the beginning of laughter, and like laughter, it’s contagious. Next time you are out and about, getting a coffee, just smile at those around you waiting in line and at the person handing you the coffee - you might be impressed what you see. Notice the effect a smile or laughter has on others.
“Always find a reason to laugh. It may not add years to your life but will surely add life to your years”.
So here’s to adding some laughter to your day.
