If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item. Returns will be for store credit only. You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your goodies! (Custom orders & jewelry cannot be returned/exchanged.) Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you’ve initiated a return and specify your instructions, whether exchange or credit. Mail your item to the address on the original package. Returned items must be in original condition; unworn, unwashed, odor free & with tags. If we have the item available to exchange for a different size, we will be happy to exchange it for you! We will send out the new item once we’ve received and accepted your return. If the item is not available for exchange, we will offer you a full credit to use on your next Madison + Ryder purchase. To keep our costs low for you, all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return/exchange based on the condition it is received. We love seeing our local customers around Atlanta, however, we cannot accommodate returns and/or exchanges by any other method other than mail.
